Cancellation or reservation changes require a 30 day advance notice or penalties will apply. No exceptions. We reserve the right to carry out repairs, renovations and construction as necessary and without notice.

All disputes will be subject to the laws of the state of Uttarakhand and jurisdiction shall be exclusively that of Ramnagar court (District – Nainital) only. If you have provided us with any false information, you will be in violation our terms and agreement and no refunds will be provided and you agree to discharge us from any liability or claims.
